Service requests, investment requests, offers, and verification records are not legal conclusions or investment advice. Users remain responsible for their own legal and financial review.
IP rights are territorial. Users must evaluate jurisdiction scope and filing constraints for each request.
Inventors must avoid enabling disclosure in public request content. Sensitive filing details must remain private.
User identity for posting requests is based on LinkedIn session authentication.
Provisional verification status is set by admins after reviewing submitted receipt evidence.
PriorClaim relays offer and investment-interest messages between parties and does not guarantee deal acceptance, funding, or outcomes.
PriorClaim does not hold funds, process escrow, execute settlements, or complete investment transactions. Commercial and investment terms — including any equity, co-ownership, or license offered in return — are negotiated and executed off-platform.
Access restrictions may apply by jurisdiction. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws.
It is prohibited to submit fraudulent request data, impersonate users, or abuse the platform for unlawful activity.
PriorClaim provides the platform 'as is'. We are not liable for missed deadlines, disputes between parties, investment losses, or third-party service failures.
